Private Tutoring
Initial Assessment fee $125
This service usually lasts up to one hour and consists of the administration of a series of standardized achievement tests. These tests will determine the level of achievement of each student, giving a clear outline of academic strengths and weaknesses in various subject areas. Thus the Diagnostician, Parent(s) and Teacher(s) can develop an Individualized Plan to maximize learning and growth potential.
Tutoring & Special Needs $50-60 per hour
This service includes private tutoring for all subject areas.
Consulting
Home School
These services include initial assessment, parent consultation, teacher/school contact, curriculum development and additional resources.
School/Teacher Contact
We strongly recommend tutor/teacher contact at least twice monthly, (least of all with a phone call or progress report between the tutor and teacher). Our mission is to facilitate a complete relationship and line of communication between all parties and resources involved to maximize student development.

College Preparatory
SAT/ACT Preparation Course
This includes application fee for student manual, pre-test and application completion for test. A complete test preparation course which includes 30 hours of preparation, scheduled over 6 or 8 weeks.
In the event that a student is unable to achieve the minimum required score, he or she will be able to schedule a subsequent session for review at no charge.
Individual session for a specific content area such as language arts or math will be charged at the regular tutoring rate per hour.
Guidance Services (grades 8-first year college)
These services will assist in scheduling classes, study skills, note taking, survival skills, social skills, real world issues, academic tutoring, and etc. These skills will guide students with a positive track to achieving success in the higher education.
Financial Aid Application Preparation
A College Level Financial Aid Officer will assist in preparation of the required FAFSA. You will also be provided information on scholarships, grants and eligibility requirements. Families are required to fill out one application per year with the option of this information being submitted to as many as six institutions.
Discounts & Group Rates
Tutoring service discounts will be given in the amount of 5% for
20 hours of service paid in full. The savings will be one Free Session.
Group rates can be applied to numerous students per household, ESL 5 or more students and SAT/ACT Preparation with 10 or more students. These will be negotiated at the time of contract.
