No Child Left Behind
No Child Left Behind is a federally funded program that provides free supplemental educational services (academic tutoring) to qualified students. Students who attend Title I schools and receive free or reduced lunch are eligible. Eligible schools have not met the state minimum AYP (adequate yearly progress) requirements. We encourage parents to check with the school their child attends to verify if their school qualifies for free tutorial services. Educational Enterprises offers a comprehensive tutorial program in the core subjects of Language Arts and Mathematics. We also focus on test taking and study skills. We utilize the Standards Plus Curriculum which focuses on mastering basic skills at all levels K-12, as well as the Achieve Pre and Post Test to determine students strengths, weaknesses and academic growth. With the experience of certified teachers, retired teachers and trained degreed professionals, we utilize small group (1:8) instruction models to facilitate student success. Sessions will be conducted 2 days per week, 1.5-2 hours per day for 10-15 weeks. Services will be provided at school sites, community centers, libraries, or churches in the specific areas of the eligible participant schools.
We provide a fun learning environment with academic support, using creative teaching methods and innovative techniques. Educational Enterprises contributes to overall positive student growth. Our new curriculum the "26 Letters Program", which comes with a book and CD focuses on building communication skills for beginning readers and English Language Learners.
Our motto is community learning, life skills and leadership. Let us give your child the 3 L's as foundation building blocks for a successful academic career.
